Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Pre-orders

Some products at Creations Angel’s Touch may be offered as pre-orders. A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it is ready to ship. The estimated shipping date will be displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.

Estimated shipping dates are provided in good faith and may change. If the estimated shipping date changes significantly, we will provide an update when possible.

Cancelling a pre-order

You may request to cancel a pre-order before it has been fulfilled by contacting us at info@creationsangels.shop. Please include your order number in your request.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled as a pre-order. However, you may request a return or refund according to our Refund and Return Policy.

Orders containing regular and pre-order items

If an order contains both regular items and pre-order items, all items will ship together on the pre-order shipping date selected or displayed at checkout.

If you need to cancel an order containing regular and pre-order items, contact us before the order is fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled or shipped, any return or refund request will be handled according to our Refund and Return Policy.

Refunds and returns

Approved cancellations and refunds will be issued according to our Refund and Return Policy and returned to the original payment method when applicable.

For customers in the European Union and EEA, this policy does not limit any applicable right of withdrawal or other legal consumer rights.
